Mrs. Ferman earned her Bachelors in Education and Masters Degree in the Teaching of Reading from Chicago State University. She has over twelve years with the Chicago Board of Education. She taught kindergarten, second and third grade during her teaching career. Her love for reading led her to the Intervention Position held at Nicholson. She loves working with the students at Nicholson and working with the dedicated staff. GO ROCKETS! She has two beautiful daughters who attend Whitney Young and Walter Payton College Prep. Her favorite hobbies include reading, spending time with family, and most importantly, SHOPPING.
